Delivery And Returns
All orders will be shipped out via FedEx / DHL / GIGL and are expected to be delivered within 7-10 working days, once it leaves the factory (airfreight deliveries are optional and delivered within 24 hours within Nigeria). All orders would be trackable.
If you’re ordering outside NIGERIA, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. DAVID KATT has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Return Policy
We are dedicated to providing our customers with the very best service. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact our Contact Service Team at info@davidkatt.com to request a return and to receive a RMF (Return Merchandise Form).
The original product must be unworn and in new condition. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your orders. Requests after this point will be denied. We ONLY accept returns of items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please pack and ship the items you wish to return with all tags/labels attached. All returns will only be issued Store Credit (no cash refunds given) or you may also exchange it for another size or item of equal or lesser value. Store Credit issued has no expiry date, and you may use it at any time you want. Please note that shipping costs are expenses incurred during product returns. Express shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed to customers who have paid for this extra service.

- Your Order Number
- Product name of the item you wish to return
- Reason for requesting a RMF (Return Merchandize Form)
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received the wrong product from us, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@davidkatt.com as soon as possible. Please also kindly provide your full order details. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.

Missing item(s)
IF you receive a package and it does not include all items, please relax. Sometimes items are shipped separately due to weight restrictions/ coming from a different warehouse. Simply email us at info@davidkatt.com with your order number and item(s) received, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND SALE ITEMS are not eligible for exchange or refund.
